How do my jets work?
Below is a diagram of how a Jacuzzi Hot tub operates jets. This applies in general to all spas
 
Follow the water's path:  

A: Filter

Water gets pulled through the filter.

B. Pump Suction

Water is pulled into front of pump.

C. Pump Discharge

Water is pushed out of pump.

D. Discharge Manifold

Water passes into manifold and passes out the smaller lines to jet.

E. Jet

Larger line to jet is incoming water

 

 
Follow the air's path:  

1. Air Control

Adjust for on/off air bubbles

2. Air Manifold

Air from one air control controls many jet bubbles.

3.  Jet

Smaller line to jet is incoming air.
