Nothing comes on but there is power to the spa.

There is a sequence of events that occur when you power up the spa. If the spa doesn't get pass the first you may have a blank topside.

First check the incoming voltage WITH a meter, not just a power stick. You need to confirm that there is either 110-120vac on spa that plug into the wall and 220-230vac on spas that are hardwired.

If you have confirmed that proper power is being applied and the fuses are OK and the problem is either the pcboard or the transformer. Since Jacuzzi began using transformers I have only replaced one or two transformers. But you can check. The transformer with have a socket that plugs into the board.

On 115v spas, the white and black will be 110v-120vac. The 2 yellow wires will be 12-14vac. This is with the spa power ON so be careful not to short anything.

On 220-240vac systems and you have confirmed you are getting proper voltage to the board, the 2 blue wires should read 8-10vac. The two yellow wires should read 12-14vac. Again, BE CAREFUL because you have to test this with a board receiving power. If you are not experience with electricity, you should have a professional do it.

If the above power checks are OK, the board has failed. If you are getting proper voltage to the spa but not at the transformer, the transformer is likely your problem.
